About Your Instructors

Charlie Marchese moved to Florida and applied for his real estate license in 2016 and became a full-time Real Estate Broker in 2019, always continuing to look for ways to improve. By fine tuning his processes he’s developed comfort and stability in one of the most difficult careers to be in.

Now, he is the Division President and Managing Broker for a National Real Estate Brokerage. And has hit the leaderboard over 15 times! He held the Nationwide Top Producer spot out of 800+ agents. He has a true passion to provide quality service that helps build strong relationships with both clients and agents alike.

In his first 6 years of practicing real estate, he closed over 120 transactions and helped more than 400 clients.

Charlie’s vast knowledge gained from many transactions in real estate allows him to train and coach agents who also provide their clients with superior services.

Jeff Koehrn has been in Sales and Marketing as a salesperson, account executive, and manager. Since becoming a full-time Real Estate Broker in 2003, he has continued to refine his business and succeeded in every type of market.

 Jeff is also Vice President of Agent Development for a National Real Estate Brokerage. Jeff has worked for two Fortune 500 companies in his career and is a graduate of the All State Insurance world renown interpersonal sales training system.
